I will be working with the Department of Housing and Consumer Economics at UGA for my 6200 project. I will be working with Mr. Andy Carswell and his assistant Ms. Nikki Williams. They have started a new program under the Department of Housing and Consumer Economics department called Residential Property Mangement.  They would like the students who are taking these courses to have a real life simulation to practice, and apply what they have learned in class. This simulation will be a competitive game where students will be in real-life situations and have to apply what they have learned in class to achieve the most profit.
